Scarecrow Alley - September 25 - October 31, 2010
Gather your family, friends or co-workers and design a unique animal-themed scarecrow for the Minnesota Zoo's third annual Scarecrow Alley to be on public display at the Wells Fargo Family Farm September 25 - October 31, 2010. The contest is open to the public, with prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place scarecrows.

Sea Otter Awareness Week - Sept 26 -Oct 2, 2010
The Minnesota Zoo is home to three rehabilitated Northern Sea Otters. Sea otters have the thickest fur of any animal.
