Can I register by phone?
We are only accepting online registrations. Perhaps a friend or relative would allow you to use their computer, or the library has computers available for public use.

Who can I register for?
You can register the dependents that are covered under your membership. If you would like to bring additional adults, like grandma and grandpa, you can register them and pay the additional adult fees.

Why is the capacity higher at one session than the other?
In order for us to clear the space and prepare for the next group, we must limit the 8:30 seating to a smaller group of people.

What kind of food is there?
There will be mini muffins, donut holes, fresh fruit, milk, orange juice, and coffee available.

Do we have to wait in line to see Santa?
No, Santa makes his way through the room and visits with the children at their table. While you are waiting, there will be food, a craft activity, and coloring sheets available for the children.

Should I bring a camera?
Yes, we do not take photos with Santa, but Santa is happy to pose for pictures with the children.

Can we visit the Zoo when we are done?
Yes, the Zoo opens to the public at 9:00.

What happens if we can’t make it at our scheduled time?
To allow Santa’s elves time to prepare the gifts, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours in advance.

Why do you need all the information requested during the registration process?
We understand that the online registration process might seem cumbersome and repetitive. Data fields are determined by constraints of the system and we continue to work with the vendor to improve this process.
