Registration for 2011 overnights opens on
October 1 at 10 a.m.

Sleep next to the watery world of dolphins and sharks in this unique overnight program. You will spend the night with a Zoo naturalist learning about dolphins and sharks in the wild as well as those here at the Minnesota Zoo. Learn to identify our sharks and each of our bottlenose dolphins by name. Go behind-the-scenes and watch a private dolphin training session. Everyone will sleep beside the dolphins in our underwater viewing area!

Programs begin on selected Fridays at 6:30 p.m. and conclude the next morning at 9:00 a.m. Maximum group size is 60 (students and chaperones). Minimum group size is 10 people. We need a minimum of 15 for the overnight to take place.

When you book your overnight your group may be combined with other groups of a different gender or age. Please let us know if you need special sleeping arrangements and we will do our best to accommodate your group. If you would like the overnight to be exclusive for just your group - you must register a minimum of 45 people and let us know you want it to be exclusive to your group.

Fees: $47/person (1 chaperone per 4 students maximum). Includes the program, evening snack, breakfast, a Minnesota Zoo patch (for Scout groups) and a program t-shirt. After the conclusion of the program, participants are welcome to enjoy the rest of the day at the Minnesota Zoo.
