Wildlife Conservation Club
Our Wildlife Conservation Club has been filled for the 2010-2011 school year.
Do you dream about working with and protecting wildlife? Experience life as a field biologist, wildlife conservationist and more. Meet experts in these fields and participate in hands-on conservation work both here at the Zoo and in the field. We will join a State Park Ranger to restore a prairie habitat, use radio telemetry techniques to locate collared animals and work with a local community to clean up their neighborhoods.

During the summer we will spend time at the Zoo meeting with animal professionals and helping to care for a small collection of animals. Join the club and begin to see all that is involved in saving wildlife and habitat for our future.
