Two moose calves were born at the Minnesota Zoo last spring–please welcome them with a moose animal sponsorship!  Your gift will help support conservation and education initiatives at the Minnesota Zoo.
The moose is the largest member of the deer family, and can be found throughout much of the northern coniferous forest regions of Alaska, Maine, western Montana, northern Idaho, western Wyoming, Canada, and the Great Lakes (including Minnesota).  Moose are generally doing fine across their range, but populations are declining in Minnesota for reasons that researchers are still trying to determine.
Your gift will help us provide the best possible care for our moose and for all of the animals at the Minnesota Zoo, while also continuing our conservation efforts both here at home and around the world.

Your $50 sponsorship includes:

• Your choice of an 8” plush moose OR the children’s storybook Little Brother Moose by James Kasperson, illustrated by Karlyn Holman  (you will be sent the plush moose unless you indicate otherwise).
